The cat’s pajamas

People these days…

I like a good gossip every once in a while. I don’t know why, I know its wrong to talk about other people…

Which is why I’m really good at listening to what other people have to say about their (or other peoples business). I do not like talking about people, only listening. When I start to talk I feel guilty so I just keep my mouth shut about 80% of the time (everyone slips, don’t lie you do too!),

But there are things I just do not care to hear or speak about. Unless it directly pertains to me. Otherwise, don’t tell me. I don’t care.

I do not want to know why someone got fired, unless it is something Im doing. In which case simply saying “watch out they are firing people for that” will suffice. I do not want to talk about so-and-so losing their job because they failed a drug test, or stole, or had relations with whoever they shouldn’t have been.

First off, that is not my business to know. Second off, you could get fired and I could get fired for talking about it if that someone in our work place.

There are eyes and ears all around guys!

On the note of taboo relations: if someone is cheating on their significant other, do not tell me.

I am one of those people that would feel obligated to tell the other person. Why? Because I would want someone to do it for me.

And yes, I have sincerely thought about that answer. Because although it would suck, hurt, and be an all around pain in my ass, I would rather have one person (or multiple people) tell me the truth rather than everyone lie to me.

One liar and knowledge is better than two and ignorance.

It would only be the end of the world for a little while. For me anyway.

I realize that not everyone is like that. Some people are perfectly happy in their own little world where everything is bunnies, rainbows and hearts.

That is why you simply cannot tell me.
Just leave me out of it.
I don’t want to know.
